Once an order has been placed you cannot cancel it. You can contact us to change a delivery time, provided we have not already sent it out.
If there is any concern over the integrity of the product received, (ie blown a vacuum pack, leaking container etc) you are entitled to replacement goods. We will require a photo of the defective goods and a best before date.
Karikaas has no control over the courier companies. We endeavour to send out only when we think the timing is best. However, if you are concerned about the delivery timing the onus is on you to contact the courier with the tracking details we have provided. Use of couriers is at your risk. If a courier loses a parcel we will resend and we will claim from the Courier.
