Nationwide Delivery
You can expect to receive your order from Karikaas quickly and in excellent condition. We make every attempt to pack our products on the day of order (depending on the time received) and dispatch the next business day, unless it is a product made to order (ie Butter and Kwark bags.) We will contact you if there are any issues. If you want chilled transport please contact us so it can be arranged.
The Trackpack courier delivery is overnight from the time we have had the delivery collected/checked in. Some orders we will not send out except on Monday to Wednesday to ensure parcels are delivered as efficiently as possible to maintain quality. This will depend on the product and/or the location. You will informed if you are affected by this condition. Chill packs may be added to your order depending on the product and distance and time of travel.
If you are unlikely to be home when the courier delivers you could/should leave a chilli-bin with chill packs available for the courier to deliver into. Please let us know where the chilli-bin will be, so we can give instructions to the courier

We use NZ Post trackpacks, and Oxford Couriers for delivery. Please note that couriers will not deliver to a Post Office box. You must provide a physical address.
We have no control over courier companies, so if your tracked order is delayed, please use the tracking details we send to you, to track the parcel, and if you are not happy please contact the courier as well as us. Courier use is at your risk.
If you wish to use chilled transport you will need to contact us to organise with Big Chill and to give you a delivery price. It must go to a commercial address.
