Introducing Whiterock: A cheese named after Whiterock Road, where Karikaas is located in Loburn. It is an English style cheese, with a sharp acid tangy, designed to cater for all our English local customers.
The Young cheese is great for melting/cooking and is very easy to eat. The Vintage Whiterock has well rounded, balanced flavour with more acid than our typical Dutch style cheeses.
Try the vintage selection which also features the Vintage Whiterock, as well as the Vintage Cumin and the very Dutch Friesian Cheese.
