Introducing Whiterock: A cheese named after Whiterock Road, where Karikaas is located in Loburn. It is an English style cheese, with a sharp acid tangy, designed to cater for all our English local customers.
The Young cheese is great for melting/cooking and is very easy to eat. The Vintage Whiterock has well rounded, balanced flavour with more acid than our typical Dutch style cheeses.
Mixed Selection: 150g+ each. A mix of ages and flavours to cater to all
Gouda mature, Maasdam, Friesian (vintage) and young Cumin. For $35 down from $42
